For some reason I’ve had a lot of police chase videos in my feed lately. The Arkansas State Patrol is nuts. Those guys chase people everywhere and do PIT maneuvers at 100+mph.
Story is he was clocked passing her patrol car at 118mph weaving through traffic. Failed to yield for a while so when he did pull over she already had in mind he was under arrest.
She said get out of the car three times, warned about the taser, and started applying it.
If I was her, I would have waited for help in the circumstance. She wasn’t well enough trained to keep her distance once she pulled the gun on him. She’s pretty lucky overall.
It was an Arkansas trooper that pitted that pregnant woman in a minivan because she didn’t pull over fast enough. I think she was on a bridge or something.
She is simply incapable of doing her job. There was no way in hell she was going to overpower that dude. Everybody hates sex discrimination, but she is clearly not up to the task.
One courageous woman stops to assist while hundreds of vehicles go by.

Not wise. First thing she should have done was ask him to exit his vehicle. If he refused, she should have called for assistance. Why go straight to hands on?
I imagine the time it took for him to realize (he was drunk) and pull over her adrenaline had gotten flowing.
I’m wondering about the taser. Never been hit, just seen videos of people going stiff and falling down. Usually without a sound.
Was that thing low on batteries? Or are they just that shitty in general?

He was a threat to everyone on the road! Breaking a littany of laws! He was endangering this troopers life that day!
