I want all the seditious insurrectionists locked up. But hoping for another confrontation is going too far IMO. The solution to the cult is not to burn them all to the ground. We need a reprogramming and prison sentences which take time. Plus, think about the 24 year old guard member who would have to live with the memory of shooting an American civilian. No matter how justified, that will stain their memories for a lifetime.
If there is further rebellion then I support lethal force to ensure our democracy survives. But I truly hope sanity takes hold amongst the MAGA set.
Enough is enough.

In his defense, I’d be angry too if my head was actually a thumb.
I'm on the fence. A "turkey shoot" of them on the National Mall would eliminate a % of the threat. And possibly the most vigilant of them. Would also dispel the myth that "your guns are something to use against your own government".
This is the hundredth time someone has made this observation in this thread alone, but I am simply still amazed by the stupid arrogance of most of these folks. They thought America would greet them as liberators and they were going to be celebrated like the Boston Tea Party. Maybe given their own chunk of land carved out of one of the national parks.

Still waiting on Stone and Bannon. I suppose the Feds are waiting until after Wednesday. It will be interesting to see if Trump tries to issue a pardon to Bannon in the next few days, and extends Stone's to cover his role in the coup attempt.
