Arrests of the Traitors coming in now

I think there is a software program one can apply to any video. I have no idea what program, where to find, or how to use it if it does indeed exist.

In other words....I'm might just be blabbering

k. It looks like people commenting in real time, like maybe these videos are from a live stream? I don’t know. I’m starting to get old. I don’t know what’s happening in the world beyond my screaming children.

My Understanding, previously, was that the officer was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher and in a delayed way, succumbed to his injuries.

I’m not an attorney but it doesn’t seem like the type of injury that one could’ve necessarily assumed was going to kill him. But apparently there’s a video that I have not yet seen so I guess I will retract my opinion until I have a chance to view said video.
I am neither a doctor or a lawyer but I have to believe that hitting someone in the head with a fire extinguisher could be a potentially fatal blow and that whatever the assailants though is irrelevant.

Can you pardon someone for capital crimes? Asking for a friend.

Yeah I dunno. Guess that’ll be up to the lawyers. Looked like it was thrown from a distance to me so I doubt this stands up to a homicide charge but maybe.

I am no lawyer but I have watched a lot of Law and Order. My guess is if they can get a positive id on the person who threw it and it did hit the officer who died they charge him with 2nd degree murder and pleads down to Man1.

Yeah, no reasonable attorney could argue in court that the assailant did not know that a fire extinguisher to the dome wouldn’t likely result in death. It’s tantamount to a baseball bat. Based on the totality of the surrounding circumstances and video, slam dunk conviction. And in Washington DC, someone can be charged with first degree murder if they kill while in the process of committing a felony. It doesn’t necessarily require intent.

Re: other people near and directly engaging the cop when he was hit with the fire extinguisher:

Wife is a prosecutor. She says she isn’t familiar with federal statute but generally felony murder can be in play. In her words, that’s when you and your buddy go to rob a bank and your buddy kills a guy. Even though you didn’t know he was going to do it, you can be charged with murder. Because they’re charging the terrorists with felonies, people who didn’t directly toss the fire extinguisher have opened themselves up to a murder charge.

Edit to add that she agrees with your Law and Order informed opinion, @golfinghawkeye . Who knew you can get the same thing 6 figures in tuition at Iowa Law provides watching network crime drama.

Yep. Anyone filmed inside the Capitol or on the stairs.

Now, MOST won't be charged as such, and many should not be.
But anyone identified in that area can and should be.

I'm sure zip tie guy jumping over chairs getting arrested has already been posted. But, I'll add, he's gonna have a tough time in prison:

That is the guy I want. I am positive that in life he's a giant loser, but I want him arrested. I want his employer shamed. I want his family and friends shamed.

Interesting. Thanks.

Continuing with the Law & Order thing, post a pic of the prosecutor said wife most looks like. Crossing my fingers for Angie Harmon as ADA Abbie Carmichael.

Seriously these people are even more ridiculous than I could ever have imagined. Wow.
Not surprised at all, I just watchd some more highlights from the Jan 6 from Rudy, Don Jr and Trump. They literally said take your country back by force to the crowd just before they stormed the Captiol. They are all guiltily of a rebellion against the Federal Government.
