Has anyone ever used mats from SportsGraphics from Clarion?

Just wanting to know if it is reputable, how long mats last, etc. Looking for a less expensive alternative to fill my new 40x60' room.

I haven't used them, but it looks as if they have a decent client list. Did you ask for customer references?

What kind of prices have they quoted you? There's look to be similar to Dolumar; but the main advantage is that they're lightweight and roll-up easy. Will your room need to move mats around a lot, or will they be permanent?

just starting the process, not in a big hurry at this point, because we can still use the school room. I will ask for references.

These will basically be permanent practice mats. Have 3 full sized competition mats, so this one will just have practice circles. Basically, just wanted to get a feel. I know Dollarmur and Resilite, but there is this and AK and EZFlex to check out. Money is important, but not at the expense of a sub standard product.

We recently purchased new wrestling mats and wall pads. I researched all the companies and ultimately decided to go with Resilite. Even though the expense was higher than the light weight mats, the feedback we received from a number of coaches and facilities is that the Resilite wrestling surfaces are more "forgiving" than the lightweight foam mats when it comes to repeated falls and drilling. The best explanation I received was "there is a reason why every D1 wrestling room has Resilite mats"

We did use AK Athletic for our wall pads. They were the lowest priced option we could find for wainscot type wall pads. We are happy with that choice as well.

All being said, if I needed a mat that was going to be moved a lot due to space or duals, I would have bought a lightweight mat, but for a permanent room, we could not have been happier. Matt at Resilite took care of our order and being a family wrestling based business, I am glad I was able to give him our business.

I do recommend talking to coaches that have both options. To us, the choice was worth the additional expense.
