With the current scholarship available, wouldn't current Iowa players have to enter the portal, in order to free up scholarships.?

I count 8 on scholarship left, that is counting Kris as leaving. Adding the 4 coming in, that puts the hawks at 12, so they have 1 more spot to reach 13.

Seems pretty likely that there will be 1 or 2 more spots open up with transfers, maybe even more. I don't have any inside info, but would guess that there will be some announcements soon. Braun's transfer certainly hints that at least one of the back up centers is leaving.
