No need to worry about tickets. Plenty available.Anyone making the trip? How easy is it to go scalp tickets?
I am skipping BTT. Hoping to go to NCAA first two rounds. Definitely won't go to Spokane or Sacramento.Trying to talk my wife into going. Should be a fun few days!
Agree! In general, for those thinking about it, Indy is an incredibly underrated city. It’s like a tiny big city, super condensed, and the downtown is very nice and clean. So many bars and restaurants, and the arena is in the thick of it. The monument circle in the center of downtown is beautiful, too.
You will not be disappointed. We've been there several times and will be there again this year. Indy by fair is the best destination for the tournament. My wife (no pic, but I definitely out-kicked the coverage) and I plan to attend our first BIG Tourney, if they play on Friday. Is it easier, cheaper, to buy from scalpers outside of the arena, or better to try StubHub instant downloads?
Also, how difficult is it to get a nearby hotel, if they keep winning?
It would seem that every team's fanbase could be wanting to shift reservations based upon game outcomes. Or, does everyone lock in for the entire weekend, even if their team is no longer playing?
Finally, we were in Indy for the 2015 BIG Football game, and Iowa fans were everywhere. Is it similar for basketball, or are there specific bars where we might find more black and gold?
