Interesting. At least to me.

All 14 teams get a single bye this year. However, only 9 teams have to face opponents after the opponents' bye weeks. 4 of them have to do it twice. Here's the list. Teams with the bye week preceding the game are in bold.

Illinois at home vs Wisconsin
Indiana at home vs Iowa
Iowa at home vs Maryland
Maryland at Baltimore vs. Penn St.
Michigan at Minnesota
MSU
at Rutgers
Minnesota at home vs Michigan
Nebraska
at home vs Iowa
Northwestern at home vs Penn St.
tOSU at home vs Minnesota
Penn St. at home vs Michigan
Purdue at home vs. Nebraska
Rutgers at home vs. MSU
Wisconsin at home vs. Northwestern

Michigan and MSU are the only teams who don't play at home following their bye weeks.
Except that Maryland faces Penn St. at a "neutral" site in Baltimore.
Iowa is the only team that has to face two teams on the road following their bye weeks.
Michigan and Minnesota have the same bye weeks...then face each other.

Illinois, Indiana, Ohio St., Purdue and Rutgers don't face any opponent following an opponent's bye week.
