There are like 8 different price points. The cheapies are in the upper deck and corner of the endzones at $50 a pop. Then you have $70 for upperdeck on the sidelines, and $90 gets you in the middle-tier of the EZ or on the sideline near the goal line in the lower portion of the main stands. Looking at the virtual seating chart for Lucas Oil it looks like the upperdeck seats are a mile from the field. Would love to hear from someone that's actually sat there before what they're like.
There is a thing called "Team Tix" where you can purchase an option to buy face value seats for as low as 10 bucks. If Iowa doesn't qualify, you're only out that money. If they do, you're automatically charged the value of the seat that you reserved. It looks like you're fairly limited on exactly what sections you can choose for that though.
There are seats currently available on Ticketmaster. Many sections are not, however. Not sure if these are already sold out, or what. I have no idea what the secondary (i.e. StubHub) market is for a game like this. I was under the impression that cheap tickets are fairly easy to get ahold of. I would imagine a bazillion Iowa fans would try and go to this. If OSU comes from the other side, I would expect lower enthusiasm on their part because their fans will be saving up for the playoffs.
