That was a completely abysmal second half for UCLA. Couldn't be happier it happened to Mick Cronin.
Minny goes into L.A. and sweeps USC and UCLA.
Minny only led for3 minutes vs USC after trailing by 14 in 2nd half.
Minny only led for 62 seconds vs UCLA after trailing by 17 in 2nd half.
Dawson Garcia had 27 in 2nd half on ten shots...11 of 12 from line in 2nd half. I think he outscored the entire UCLA team in 2nd half.
He's a tough cover.

Iowa's loss to Minnesota sucked. But it was yet another example of fan overreaction. Especially considering it came immediately after the LA trip. I'm not sure fans realize how tough it is to have to spend 6 days in LA.
It's really unfortunate that fans decided to let go of the rope after the Minny loss.
But I guess I need to get real. A lot of these fans are probably the same people that flooded out of Kinnick early in the 4th quarter vs Purdue, while ranked 2nd in the country. If fans are willing to let go of the rope at that point, I guess they just aren't strong enough to deal with the tough times

Very bold of you both to just assume Iowa can and will beat Washington on Saturday.
I've got myself down for predicting an 0-5 finish. Even if can sneak by Washington, it'll be 1-4 at best.
The fact that Iowa's BTT chances are very much up in the air in this last third of the season are much more self-inflicted than anything else.
If not for Dix's buzzer-beater in Carver, the Hawks will very likely have went 0-2 vs NW this season.
