East
1. Ohio State (4-0, @ MSU)- The biggest issue with OSU is the fact that they may not play enough games to qualify for a shot at the B1G title. Already having 2 games canceled, one more makes them ineligible.
2. Indiana (5-1, @ Wisconsin)- The Hoosiers found a way to bounce back after a disappointing loss last week, which is a big step for a young team. The Hoosiers have a path to the title game if OSU has another game canceled.
3. Maryland (2-2, @ Michigan)- Maryland had a rough start in their first game after a few COVID cancellations but were resilient against Indiana. This team isn't good, but it isn't bad.
4. Rutgers (2-3, vs PSU)- Rutgers has been respectable all year and came away with a good win against Purdue. A few years ago they were the laughing stock of the B1G. Those days are over.
5. Penn State (1-5, @ Rutgers) - Penn State got their first victory of the season, in which they manhandled the Wolverines on the ground, rushing 50 times. Can Franklin salvage the season and go into 2021 with momentum?
6. Michigan State (2-3, vs OSU) - I thought Michigan State was the worst team in the B1G, and they beat a good Northwestern team. They took the ball away from NW and did enough to come out with a victory.
7. Michigan (2-4, vs Maryland) - Man, oh man. This team is horrible, and there is no denying that. The team is stuck in neutral and doesn't have a path to get out anytime soon.

West
1. Northwestern (5-1, @ Minnesota)- This was the hardest spot to rank on the list. Northwestern has won ugly all year, but they've won. It finally caught up with them, and they lost an inexcusable game to MSU. Still, they're the best team in the west.
2. Iowa (4-2, @ Illinois) - The Hawks didn't play their best game of the season, mainly because of Petras' struggles. However, they found a way to win and have won 4 in a row. Where would we be if we had won one of the two games we lost in week 2, neither of which looks great now.
3. Wisconsin (2-1, vs Indiana) - Wisconsin may be the Power 5 team most impacted by COVID, only having 3 games played. They're ineligible for the B1G title game, and we've already seen an opt out. How motivated will they be to play well the rest of the way?
4. Illinois (2-3, vs Iowa) - I don't think Illinois is the 4th best team in the west, but power ranking are all about what you're doing right now. They rattled off two wins in a row before being idle this week. How will they look after a week off against Iowa?
5. Purdue (2-3, vs Nebraska) - Purdue got their offensive weapon in Moore back last week, and have lost 2 in a row since then, neither against great teams (Minnesota and Rutgers). Yikes.
6. Minnesota (2-3, vs NW)- Minnesota was also idle this week thanks to Wisconsin.
7. Nebraska (1-4, @ Purdue) - We all saw how Nebraska looked this week, which was actually better than I expected. Still, this team is not good, and Scott Frost is more worried about clapping than coaching mentally tough football players.

Overall
1. Ohio State (-)
2. Indiana (+1)
3. Northwestern (-1)
4. Iowa (+1)
5. Wisconsin (-1)
6. Maryland (+1)
7. Illinois (+2)
8. Rutgers (+3)
9. Purdue (-3)
10. Penn State (+3)
11. Minnesota (-3)
12. Michigan State (+2)
13. Michigan (-3)
14. Nebraska (-2)
