Anybody heading to Bloomington this weekend? I just happen to be in Dayton which is only 3 hours away; however I checked into hotels and its slim pickings. Just curious who is planning to attend.

I have been there many times and I loved it although it was back in the 90s. How many years do you have to go? Sorry about hijacking the thread.
I lived here in the 90's and I come back occasionally for business or training.
Looks like our New President could use someone with some experience in "project management".
You're already serving our country so............maybe a little bit extra.......???

I was there on Nov 1st 1995 I think. The Bosnia Herzegovina peace talks were happening. Protesters were outside the gate. They were actually protesting not destroying stuff. WP is a very nice place. I wish I could go this weekend but the VA wants me to work.
Will be there in the middle of the Hoosier section - let's say I wasn't "honest" when getting tickets. I did always like Bobby Knight so maybe I was honest enough.

A few years ago I turned down a TDY to Volk Field Wisconsin. I didn't put together the fact that World Trials was happening 100 miles down the road in Madison. You kind of have to go with the Hawks being so close. Stay on the southern edge of Indy, check in Sat night after the action, get some sleep and come back for Sunday.
