Got back from Advocare Tourney last night. Spent a few extra days in 80 degrees.
I'm sure cant add much more as to what may have already been said. Good tournament from a talent standpoint. After the first 2 games it reminded me a lot of the 2 games last year in New York. We played really good in spots but got behind too much...proud of the way the team fought back in both games..with a chance to win both.
2nd early foul on Gesell in Dayton game really hurt...Dayton fans took over the place throughout the tourney..definitely a home court advantage for them.
Wichita State game..defense on Baker was a clinic..they were without their PG...so that hurt them.
Had a chance to talk BB with a few of player parents at the hotel... (great people)...
