We aren't the only team losing impact players. UW's fat little kicker out for the year; a starting LB hurt vs LSU out for the year; they're best LB, Vince Biegel, is out 2-4 weeks (Iowa game is in 3 weeks). They lost their most experienced OL before the season started. I'm not celebrating these injuries and actually expect them to keep rolling despite the players lost. They got some serious mojo going dating back to beating USC last year in the bowl game.

Can't stand Wisconsin, but sucks to lose several key players.

Same here. Hate bucky, but injuries derailing what started out a special season really sucks. According to their board they are pretty deep at LB. Even with depth, Biegel is a big loss.

If I remember right the OL they lost had been battling injuries for awhile and already lost his starting job. That hurt depth but I don't think it had an impact on this year so far. Their LB injuries are the worrisome ones. while it appears the first injury hasn't derailed them. I think this latest one will affect their defense the next couple of weeks. They will still be good but just not at the level they were playing at. Probably doesn't matter the next two weeks though. Their offense isn't good enough to beat Michigan and OSU.

The kicking injury could be big in games against Iowa and Nebraska, games that might come down to just a few points.

Speaking of injuries did anyone see PSU lost all three of their starting LBs? That is pretty crazy.

They also lost a back up against Michigan and had another back up ejected on a targeting call. I believe they were on linebackers 6, 7, and 8 in that game.

After them beating mich at we need them to lose to Michigan and Ohio state. Because we will be underdogs now vs them. And to keep the recruits we gotta win the west if not we might lose acouple.

Also hope Nebraska goes like 4-5 in conferance after beating their chests over a weak Oregon team who will be bad from years to come their recruiting classes have been the same rank as Iowa last 3-4 years. But Iowa develops better than Oregon.

Also of NDSU goes undefeated they will be ranked so that won't be a bad loss at the end of the year. Idk if they won last week though.

It's the BIG conferenc's fault. Or maybe the referees.

Voltz was still going to be the starter. It has had a big impact, as the two guys that have been battling to replace him have both been battling their own injuries this year. Both were injured last week, so we were essentially down to the 4th string at that position.

The first injury, Orr, probably wouldn't have been a starter anyway, but still would've played quite a bit. The Biegel injury is a big loss. Teams will now be able to shift their protection towards Watt, so pressure will probably have to come in creative ways.

If he has no problem dishing out pain to helpless children, I have no problem with whatever kind of pain he has. He signed up for and he's making millions doing it.
So nothing to see here is what you're saying with that post.......

Aside from over-exaggerating with the 'helpless children' comment, that is.

If you get pulled over for speeding are you a dangerous driver to all you share the road with?.....

I'm not saying what he did was right, but lets not be unnecessary....especially if you're not a fan of the Vikings (because then that makes you biased).

Is Clement fully healthy? He still doesn't look like he did a couple years ago. Didn't know if it was him or the oline hasn't been as good?

It's a bad loss now but at the end of the year they could be the first fcs school ranked in AP top 25, that I know of. They are 27th now and if they go undefeated it's not a bad loss.

We just didn't play that game and were outcoached we thought we could just show up and win. Well they learned their lesson the hard way.

He has not been healthy, but the O-Line has not helped him either. He did have a huge rap on his ankle last week and did not look explosive at all. The O-Line still averages sophomore across the board, so they are still pretty young. Above average in pass protection, but average in run blocking.

I don't think Clement will be back to 100%. I'm also thankful that we don't get Connie until after Michigan and OSU leave them even more beat up.

I think losing Vandenberg for Iowa is a bigger loss than what Biegel is to Wisc.It is harder to replace Vandenberg production.
