Just finished reading it. Could use some insight from people closer to scene (DM.) I, like any sentient human who did not go to Clownville, can't understand why anyone who pick it over Iowa City. The story, to its credit, did not have the Randy Peterson unvarnished boosterism, but was overall pretty naive. Money, of course, played no role, sez the reporter. Who is Tyler Sass?

Long story short he has a really good relationship with TJ. Omaha is a pretty mature young guy who realizes that while he needs to improve his offensive game he knows that defense/rebounding will be the key to a long career in the NBA and TJ and his staff are great at coaching that.
He of course got some cash from ISU but not what he could have gotten elsewhere.
I don't know really anything about Sass other than he's a guy who is a coach/trainer for him.
