Wondering who you guys think is the best team we have beaten so far? (Not necessarily the team with the best record)I am going to say Cincinnati or Rutgers. What say you?

I think Maryland once they click... seem to have a few issues at this point but they wouldn’t surprise me as a S16 team. Michigan has been very disappointing.

The best team is MD, I would say, even though they looked pretty awful that day. So, my answer is Rutgers. I thought they played well.

I didn't know till I looked - SDS is 20-0. Impressive.

Tech or Maryland.

Cincinnati? That never even entered my mind as one of our top wins.

Michigan. That win was impressive.

Trouncing the clowns at home was impressive at the time, but they really seem to suck this year so it has lost its luster.

Rutgers was a great win. A bit undersized, but they challenged us with their quickness and defense. Better than Michigan, for sure.

Maryland has only won 1 road game this season so far, at jNW, so that's below Rutgers for me. That could be our best win by the end of the season if they get hot in March and make a run.

Rutgers. Tough battle all game. Ebb and flow from both teams and neither team folded and RU is very good, as good as anyone else we have played. Other consideration is Texas Tech, only because that showed the guys how good they can be. Conference wins though always trump non-conference.

I would say Michigan. However, the mostest best win would be Wisky. Like Rutgers, we only get one regular season shot at the cheeseheads.

Texas Tech or Maryland. They both have sweet 16 caliber teams. I’m not so sure about UM or Rutgers. Very impressive run, if they complete the stretch against UW we will probably be a top 6 team in the big ten with much loftier expectations

I think the Maryland game. The boys were ready after a flat performance and horrible shooting night. That was a fantastic game.

I think Rutgers was the 2nd best win. I know they have some shortcomings but I don't know who would want to play them. No team that we have played so far would make me more worried to play again than Rutgers.

Still not sure what to make of Texas Tech. That was a good win too, though. They are probably 3rd?

Michigan has been exposed a bit but they are 4th.

Cincy 5th. They are looking better...

Syracuse 6th since it was on the road. They need to get going in an oddly poor ACC this year.

Mary Land is probably the best team we have beaten, but I think Rutgers is our best win considering how they played against us. Iowa has more high quality wins this year than any year I can remember in the last 20+ years. Over half of our wins have been quality wins, and only Nebby was a semi-bad loss (on the road without CJ or the other injured players).

Actually, Rutgers has 2 shots vs the Cheeseheads this year. We beat them at the RAC back in early December and we play them again in Madison in February.
We also just picked up win #14 at home vs Nebraska.. Our first B1G sweep. Exciting times for Rutgers MBB

maryland. While they've looked lackluster at times, they have the talent to finish top 3 in the B1G and sweet 16 in the ncaa tourney.

I think he was saying Iowa plays Wisconsin and Rutgers once each.

I’m sooo glad that we don’t play @ Rut.

I think you’re a top 4 team talent wise in the B1G this year.

Still exciting to hear that kind of stuff. Apparently we have the best home record in college hoops this year.
As always, we are all waiting for Lucy to pull the carpet out from under us..

Just when you think that you know who is good in the B1G, they fall apart. A month ago, I thought OSU and UM, along with MD, would finish in the top 4 in the B1G with MSU. Now, OSU and UM are unlikely to finish .500. That is why I only talk about the next game and don't start making predictions, especially with all the injuries we have already had. Most opposing fans don't realize that 3 of Iowa's top 8 (2 starters) are sitting, and CJ sat for 2 of our 3 B1G losses.
