I assume it's just a small insight to the fact that Jimmy doesn't like to follow rules and won't last long at the new firm (or perhaps the new firm transitions him to Saul).

After thinking about it, I agree entirely... but there's something that switch controls and turning it off momentarily is going to cause a problem. I just can't figure out what that realistically would be. Usually the writers are quite creative and tie it all together, so I realize it won't be like "Lost" or something where a smoke monster starts coming out of the fireplace!
