And the 3pt shooting and the layups.…or we can go ahead and flush the season.
Rebraca works too hard to be such a crap FT shooter. If you work that hard in the post you need to make your FT's.
You actually track that?Filip is 56 of 92 in FTs at Iowa. 35 0f 36 of the misses are off the back of the rim. Make an adjustmen! Front rim and still an opportunity to go in. Back rim? No way.
LOL. No, I was just tryin to make a point. I will say I started paying attention last season when I noticed the pattern. The next FT he misses short will be his first. You are going to notice this now! It’s maddenin! You actually track that?
Take one step back from the line.LOL. No, I was just tryin to make a point. I will say I started paying attention last season when I noticed the pattern. The next FT he misses short will be his first. You are going to notice this now! It’s maddenin!
One other thing I’ve noticed, and only because i used to do it. When he shoots his FT’s, his eyes immediately go to the ball. Now maybe it was just me, but when i made an effort to keep my eyes focused on the hoop longer, I started shooting a way better %.LOL. No, I was just tryin to make a point. Use your football insider to pass the word along, similar circles id imagine 😁Using visualization techniques have been shown to increase ft%. Someone should pass that along to him. I wanna see him make his ft
Unfortunately not. But i have a good one at uni basketballUse your football insider to pass the word along, similar circles id imagine 😁
Besides, now it's just sit on your hands time for the foitball commitments. Hopefully everyone I've heard is coming does.Use your football insider to pass the word along, similar circles id imagine 😁

I really don’t get that worked up about football, much more of a basketball fan. I listen to a fair amount of fball games and watch a couple if i can, but usually pretty busy that time of year between hunting and working. Since McNamara’s commitment I’ve started paying a little more attention just because it’s intriguing to see how that’s going to a) affect who we can get brought in from the portal and b) how its ultimately going to affect our historically putrid offense.Besides

Thanks. I'm a fan of both sports. I remember how nerve wracking the final four run was which kind of dates me. I can't wait for the next one!I really don’t get that worked up about football, much more of a basketball fan. Anyhow, I’ve enjoyed reading your posts on the fball board since it seems you’ve got a pretty reliable source.
I just vaguely remember the last sweet 16…😫Thanks. I'm a fan of both sports. I remember how nerve wracking the final four run was which kind of dates me. I can't wait for the next one!
Keep the faith Slim!I just vaguely remember the last sweet 16…😫
Im just a glutton for punishment and keep coming back for more pain and heartbreak year after year never seeing any payout lol
15-19 FTs vs Iowa State (78.9%).
Serious question. Have any of you constantly ragging on the FT shooting actually ever done this in a high level game? I certainly haven't, unless you are counting high school games. And even in that environment, it's not as easy as saying "be good at it."Better.... Filip had 3 of the misses, shot 2/5 and I think one was a front end? It felt like he had more than 3 misses... I kept saying "your new Iowa career high would be even better, if you hot those!". Still a GREAT game by him.
Sandfort was 1/2, which he obviously needs to be better, if his a 3pt shooter, should be MONEY at the line.
I was 6-6 in high school state championship game. does that qualify for “high level game”?Serious question. My guess is Rebraca has shot thousands of free throws over the past 2 years in practice and off-season work, and more than that at North Dakota. Some guys just aren't good at it no matter how much they practice. Rebraca's FT shooting is pretty much in line with his first 3 seasons at North Dakota. So we have a rather lengthy history of him not being good at it. His sophomore year at UND he was at 67%, every other season has been right around the 60% mark.
And ragging on Sandfordt for going 1-2, I don't even know what to say. Sandfordt is a career 89% FT shooter. He IS MONEY at the line. It doesn't mean he won't ever miss. I was definitely not saying "your career high would be even better" while watching my TV. But to each their own.
