Barta just made the situation so much worse. He is so incompetent.
I would say no.Does it stipulate that the 25 ppg average is what's expected to come from the OFFENSE and that he doesn't get to count scoring by the D and ST towards that average?
That would have ranked 85th in FCS for 202225 whole points??! Laughable
No kidding. Just when you things couldn’t get worse or we could become a bigger national laughing stock barta says hold my beer and gives Fredo this new contract.Barta just made the situation so much worse. He is so incompetent.
Is that on his own, or does that include defensive scores??25 whole points??! Laughable
you do realize that that bf’s offense does the heavy lifting in setting up many of those defensive scores. Is that on his own, or does that include defensive scores??
I don't think Phil cares.Brian gets a bonus if they score 25 ppg
Which apparently includes defensive points.
And Phil's reaction?

last year indicated that five yard line is not optimalBrian to Phil Parker, “Say Phil. I know I get credit for the points even if the defense scores but you mind telling your guys to take a dive on a potential pick six at about the five yard line??”
We have one of the easiest schedules in the B10. If they can’t muster 7 wins everyone should be fired.I’ll be honest the schedule next year doesn’t have Michigan or Ohio State but there is no Nevada either. Utah State should be improved and Western Michigan had a top 40 defense.
I have little doubt about seven wins. I’m just saying 25 points will be much tougher. We actually scored more than 25 points seven times in 2021, including 51 against Maryland, and still didn’t average 25 points a game.We have one of the easiest schedules in the B10. I was really shocked that this line was included. Usually 'goals' don't have a penalty if you miss it - just something to shoot for. I would have been laughing even more at this new contract without this line.I like the contract language saying the agreement will end if he doesn’t meet these requirements. Doesn’t say he will be terminated at all if not met.
LoL. This is such a pathetic move by Barta and KF to defend the indefensible since Brian should have been fired after last season.
i agree. even the non conference is not setup to yield a massive point bonanza. if we hit 25 ppg AND maintain a top 15 D chances are we’ll be happy at the final record.I have little doubt about seven wins. LOL. That right there is a great post and pic.Brian gets a bonus if they score 25 ppg

That's probably true. If it weren't for all those 3 and outs, the defense wouldn't be on the field nearly as much and would have fewer opportunities to score.you do realize that that bf’s offense does the heavy lifting in setting up many of those defensive scores.
The precedent has been set.The Iowa Enablers. First, they pay Budmayr $95,000+ as a consultant because Brian doesn’t know how to coach QBs and isn’t good at coordinating offenses.
Next, he puts Kirk in situations where Kirk will have to potentially run up scores and potentially have to put the team in difficult situations. Does he play an injured Cade McNamara because he feels he can lead the offense to more scoring? This is such a cluster…will Kirk make decisions based on what’s best for the team or best for his son?
This is a very valid point. 25 ppg attributable to what?Does it stipulate that the 25 ppg average is what's expected to come from the OFFENSE and that he doesn't get to count scoring by the D and ST towards that average?
haha you got it, but maybe 7 wins this coming year and if the goals are met then maybe 27 pts a game and 8 wins are goals for 2024Last week he said 8 wins wasn't the goal. And didn't Bart to say that later on in the same press confprince? Now the goal is 7 wins.
