Why not have those who want to hire cheap labor register for how many migrant workers they want. We let that many in monthly and the employer can pay for their transport from the border. Other illegals are returned to the country they crossed from.
I heard Mexico was paying to build the wall behind it - so this really shouldn’t be an issue. Did that not happen?
