Theory: Obama is pushing Biden to get in the race. Last night Hillary and Bernie dropped some heavy bombs on the Obama economic "recovery." Obama is petulant and this probably pissed him off big time. IMO our President will now push harder for Biden to enter.

Also, a Democratic focus group watching the debate went big time for Sanders. If Hillary's number drop at all, IMO Biden's in.

What say you?

The talking heads this morning seem to think that Hillary had a strong performance -- aided by the essentially fawning attitude of her alleged competitors -- and that probably means that Ol' Joe won't be dipping his toes in the water.

In this case I think the talking heads are right. But I've never thought he would get in unless it looked like she would literally be unelectable due to ethical and/or legal problems, and we still don't know how that's going to play out.

One thing you can take to the bank: Filing deadlines will be irrelevant if it becomes necessary for Joe to save the party's butt.

Joe saw what he'd be up against with Hillary's outstanding performance last night. He's been put to bed now.

Biden stays out.

He's a distant third as it is and he's already missed the first debate. I think with his Son's death he's just ready to retire.

On top of that quite frankly he's a bad candidate. He says too many things that are easy to use against him and he can be very awkward at times.

The only reason for him to enter is if he thinks he can play spoiler.

When is the deadline to enter?

Unless some very big news comes out on emailgate that throws Hillary back down I don't see Joe entering.

I did find it funny how CNN experts this morning (listened on the drive in) was gushing over how she won the debate yet when you look at the FB polls and other online chatter Bernie really seemed to dominate.

Part of that may be because Bernie really resonates with the younger crowd, to which Hillary does not at all, but I think the lib media really is in the tank for her. It's sad that this is the case, she did well but not so well that I would have called her the winner and Americans seem to agree but CNN and MSNBC will push that she won enough that people really do believe it.

I just don't get how people with two functioning brain cells could vote for someone who comes across as so non-authentic. She is a big phony in a pants suit, everyone know it, but for some reason people think she is a good candidate to vote for.

Dems think it's her turn essentially.

It's funny because the media people where in the tank for Obama when she ran against him in 2008. I remember watching a video where one of their guys hit Hilary with some really hard questions and then asked Obama some really easy ones.

I think they even did an SNL skit on it.

That is bc they didn't want to come off as racist.

At this time in his life, Joe Biden is not emotionally or
physically fit to run for President. He will not enter the
race. The Democrats will sink or swim with Hillary.

He will not be influenced by Hillary's new numbers at all. What ever the decision is, it has already been made. If he does get in, the chances of a Hillary indictment go up, if does not there are non existent. BHO has so politicized the Justice Dept, he will the final say on that.
