Unfortunately Bielema made a great decision to hire Pat Ryan (Retired Metamora HS coach) as it’s director of IL high school relations. His sole job is to call on IL HS coaches. They invited every coach in the state to the Nebby game and had a tent with food and libations. Obviously Lovie did nothing to build a relationship with IL HS coaches. Curious if the Hawks do anything like this and whether or not they do it in other states within easy driving distance to Iowa City?
