BIG 12 Seeds are out

Outside of PSU and Iowa, who finishes ahead of Okie State?

I think your B1G bias is clouding your judgment.
Yeah, Okie St. you may be right. I think Nebby and Minney could possibly give them trouble in a dual. Still, vs. PSU and Iowa that's 2 losses, if they lose to either Nebby, Minney, tOSU, that'd be 3 losses and would possibly land them outside the top 5.

The grind of the B10 schedule and tourney and a way tougher schedule would definitely knock most of their wrestlers seeds down come NCAAs. This I am sure on, but I don’t see them any worse than 3rd or possibly 4th as a team. They are a solid team for sure.

We're talking Natty points...Between Spratley/Jamison, Hamiti. Plott, and Hendrickson...Okie State is looking at at least four guys into semis. Nebby and Minny or Ohio State isn't doing that.
Top three at Nattys is clearly predictable.

I agree…and wrestling “through the big 10 schedule” clearly doesn’t mean what it used to. I don’t like saying that, but true when everyone misses a lot of top teams now.

Agree, I was looking at current team rankings.

Oklahoma State has a really good shot at having 3 finalists come NCAA time. I honestly think Haines and Kerk are in for the battle of their life in the semis then throw in 125 which is Wide open and that should easily put them in 3rd if the rest of the team does not fall apart.

Who is the 3rd? Spratley maybe? I agree that 174 and 285 are definitely finalist contenders. I hope Hamiti doesn't knock off O'Toole in the B12 finals, or the NCAA will give Haines the 1 and he will probably avoid both of them and they (Hamiti and O'Toole) will hit in the NCAA semis. Karchla is going to be a tough out for anyone too though.

Okie State would have to crash and burn harder to finish 4th or lower than Iowa would have to crash and burn to finish 3rd or lower. Teams like Nebraska, Minnesota, UNI, etc. just don't have their high end firepower.

Obviously, just talking about on paper. They wrestle the matches for a reason. But that's how it sits right now.

Huh???

Did you mean for Iowa to finish 3rd or lower? Iowa finishing 2nd is not "crash and burn".
I explained it in post #10.
