Not ranked but still a household name, in a bit of a surprise Boston got teched by Gross

Chisco beat Lugo in OT today

Our 3rd stringer at Ohio State Brendan Fitzgerald pinned both Corey Keener and Stevan Micic

Micah Jordan majored AA Justin Oliver

Steve Bleise lost to Ryan Deakin

Jake Ryan lost to Caden McWhirter who then went on to beat Alex Griffin and lost to Heffernan
Abounader beat Ellingwood 1-0

Did we forget Kraisser had Delgado dead to ropes in the quarters one year McGhee also a Rd of 12 we just had 2 AA's wrestle and a 4th and runner up wrestling right now
 
Yeah I didn't forget. Kraisser is good. But I think we can all agree that we would rather watch Gilman and Dance. I'm not saying the talent isn't impressive, just saying it would be a worthwhile event if the top guys participated. There are very few matchups that include the top 4 guys.

165, 184 and HWT are the only matchups that peaked my interest.

Gotta figure in these wrestlers schedules. Tom and Cael both seem like they have something against the nwca and dance just wrestled 2 duals. I think we as fans sometimes get too entrenched with top heavy names instead of being happy with just some great wrestling in general

Alber from UNI got pinned in the Grand View Open finals by the younger Colon brother who attends Grand View.

He did but didn't wrestle. They have a 3rd brother at Iowa Central though not as decorated as the older two.

BTW, must not be a lot of "big name" losses yet as I haven't heard of most guys in this thread.

I though he might be related to them when I saw the name in the daktronics and it was an Iowa Central kid. Most of the guys here have AA'd lost in the blood rd or are threats to make the podium. Couple of others just had a really good body of work coming out of HS

To put it in an Ohio State format, it was not only the rigged, paid off ref, but also the long bus ride, and maybe a touch of the flu that got her!
