Big Ten Media Day for Men's and Women's hoops. Will get a chance to speak with Fran McCaffery and Lisa Bluder today, along with some of the players.
Bo Ryan is the first coach up. He's been asked about the shot clock change to 30 seconds, which I think will be the topic of the day here for every coach. Ryan basically says you play to the rule. Doesn't think it will impact things much as far as scoring. NIT did the 30 second clock and scoring went up one point.
Bo thinks it will be interesting to see how they officiate the rules on freedom of movement. Mainly the off the ball stuff. Didn't seem like he was too convinced.
