USC creates GM position for WBB, and fills it with shoe exec.

Damn, either she can't decide who to work for or she gets passed around like a dirty pair of sweat socks......I'd actually be a little concerned about somebody who'd worked for pretty much every one of the competition in a fairly short period of time. I bet she's really good at signing NDA's ....

Jaloni Cambridge of Ohio State is LEGIT. With Clark gone, she's the best point guard in the conference already imo.

Syla Swords from Michigan at number 33?? After watching her against South Carolina it's obvious she belongs in the top 10.
The comments about Cambridge and Swords, ESPN's #2 and # 4 rated recruits, highlight what a sea-change difference the 2024-25 season is for the BIG. The BIG has historically struggled to recruit elite talent, but the improvement in the league and the addition of the 4 teams from the Pac-12 makes 2024-25 a new era.

I am Johnny one-note about McDonald's AAs, but in the women's game, with earlier female maturation, the McDonald's list is really meaningful. Since 2006 (when the first female McDonald's AAs were seniors), every team to win the National Championship has had multiple McDonald's AAs. In the last 10 NCAA tournaments, the National Champion has averaged 6 McDonald's AAs on their roster, and every National Champ during that period has had at least 3 McDonald's AAs. Last year, the BIG as a whole had 7 McDonald's AAs, and no team had more than 1. This year, Cambridge and Swords are 2 of the 28 McDonald's AAs to appear on BIG rosters, and 5 teams (UCLA-9; USC-8; OSU-2; Michigan-3; Oregon-2) have multiple McDonald's AA on their rosters

Charlie Creme's latest bracketology has 12 Big Ten teams in, 1 in the first four out, and 1 in the next four out. The only Big Ten teams not mentioned are Northwestern, Rutgers, Purdue and Wisconsin. Iowa is a 7 seed.

I guess Penn State is up next for scrutiny.
