I let my bigten plus subscription expire in december but i decided to renew it last night so i could watch the northwestern dual. I got my receipt from apple that payment went through but when i log into bigten plus it says i dont have a subscription. Ive tried logging in and out on different devices. Ive even deleted the app and downloaded again and that hasnt worked. Ive got 2 request in to bigten plus but havnt heard back. Does anyone know a number to call and see if i can get this figured out by 7:00?

On the BTN+ homepage go to drop down menu "more" and click on FAQ. A live chat should pop up so you can chat with a Virtual Assistant about your problem.
It sounds like you subscribed through the app on your iPhone… is it the app in which you are trying to log into? Or a laptop? If the second... does it work to watch on the app?
Wondering if perhaps you have two different logins.
Luckily i have a reply and they manually activated my account. Thankfully in time for the dual tonight. Go hawks!

I had a similar issue and it took a lot longer to resolve, but it was manually activated as well. Short version, don't subscribe via apple subscriptions as there seems to be an issue syncing. I will renew directly through BTN+ next time.
I have 2 stand alone Roku devices that I use for streaming (no Smart TV's currently in other words), so my assumption is that is different than what you are asking (so my apologies if so).
With the stand alone Roku's just download the BTN+ app and stream thru the Roku and you're golden (similar to Netflix, etc.).
If that helps anybody, then I have successfully done my Good Deed for Today. If not, than I've failed and will try to be better moving forward. 😏

I have the cheap Walmart 65" TCL roku tv. I was able to download Big Ten plus onto it and stream big ten plus games if that's what you're asking.
I have the cheap TCL Roku. I don’t have an option to ad apps. Can only add streaming channels. I can’t find BIG+
make sure you’re using a “1” “B1G+” no difference between apps and streaming channels.
I have multiple Roku boxes, including the cheapest one, and I added Big Ten + to all of them. I can't remember the process to walk you through it, but it should be doable.
So I downloaded the app but it is $80 a year to get access to all Iowa? Or it’s $10 to get our events for the next month? Those are the options?

Me too. They let me buy BTN+ in Mexico but I can’t watch anything. What a scam!
I'm in Argentina and I can't access my account. Says I need to reset my password, but when I click on Reset Password to have a link sent to my email address, nothing is sent. I sent a request for help, but who knows when or if they'll reply. I missed tonight's dual, thanks Big Ten Plus!
B1G+ is a great concept that is atrociously administered. Frighteningly it seems to get worse not better as it ages.
I can’t think of a single time I had an issue with it. I subscribe annually. It’s simple and straightforward. And given the amount of content versus the pre B1G days…amazing.
