What a bad bad hire. I love it!From Washington State University.

If he keeps mike riley can i become a Bama fan please?I forgot to mention that being a PAC 12 athletic director, Moos well understand what a great football mind Mike Riley has and he will be able to continue his pursuit of excellence for another three or four years.
It should only take a few more reboots.
I guess if he can elevate Neb fball to be "not terrible", that would be an accomplishment.I am kidding please calm down (S

Nebraska is hoping to achieve Washington State type of success.
Well, he's 66, so he's old like Devaney...Nebraska just doesn't get it. They constantly compare everything to/want everything from the glory years.
I'm sure coaches will be falling all over themselves to coach for a boss that'll be retired in 5 years.Well, he's 66, so he's old like Devaney...
If this trend continues, look for Moos to bring in Bill Snyder as the next head coach for the Huskers. Although that would actually be a smart move, so forget that.I'm sure coaches will be falling all over themselves to coach for a boss that'll be retired in 5 years.
I loved it when Neb hired Riley! And I love this Moos hire!
Imo Neb needs to start thinking older. From AD's to head coaching. They need people running their program that are seasoned, not the fly by the night new hot young coach hire, like they did with Riley. If this trend continues, look for Moos to bring in Bill Snyder as the next head coach for the Huskers. Nope, next in line at 73 years young is...wait for it...Frank Solich...
If they lure Hayden out of retirement I'll be pissed!Bobby Bowden is only 87. Maybe he'd go for the challenge of turning them around by his 5th year at 92!
I agree with this and this way usually means cleaning house and starting over probably not a good sign for the FB and BB coaching staffsYou have to think, that Nebby is setting the stage for another, younger AD. Moos is good for 5 years. If he can right the ship...to some degree, they may be in better position to hire a quality candidate in 4-5 years. He could be seen as the "fixer" to stop the bleeding.
My daughter goes to Bama, still don't like them. LolIf he keeps mike riley can i become a Bama fan please?
Well if you ask them, they're in the running right now for either Bear Bryant or Knute Rockne, so they're way ahead of you RMH...Imo Neb needs to start thinking older. From AD's to head coaching. That is a laudable goalNebraska is hoping to achieve Washington State type of success.
Very trueLOL @ Lil Debbie's new hire! Another guy in his 60s who sees this as his last stop before retirement! They can't get any young talent to work there since those guys know the unreasonable expectations in huskerland can only ruin careers, not make them!
When was the last time WSU made the NCAA BB tournament?
Legit question. Too lazy to look.
