Can anyone back up this guys claims? I've seriously never heard this before, but it was posted on my Facebook. Sounds like he only wants to speak for blacks and Latinos. Whites are on their own.

I get your first part, but I think your second part of the post is off. For some strange reason blacks really thought they had "won" when BO was elected.

The most interesting part was him referencing the DMIV manual (mental illness book). I think the reason why he split it between racial lines was due to his patients primarily being minorities.
