If you were to see the numbers (score) with a team name in front - How many would say MSU won?
How good does it feel to be 4-0 in the B1G with 2 of those wins coming against MSU and having them completely out of our picture.

A couple of weeks ago, I said that this could be McCaffery's best offensive team. They put pressure on opposing defenses in so many ways.
not many...me included...but tonite it doesn't matter...tonite we celebrate...
MSU is 16-2. Beat Kansas, Louisville. I guess they're pretty good. But the Hawks dominated them.

I was really impressed with how tough your players played in the second half when MSU started playing it's typical mugging defense and the refs started swallowing the whistle. Your guys kept fighting. That first half was a thing of offensive beauty.
Now, you'll just have to calm down the crazies in your fanbase who will overreact when the Hawks inevitably drop a couple games coming up like the Clones have been doing of late. Both are really good teams that are capable of deep March runs.
Stay positive and I hope you make it to DSM for the NCAA regional. That would be cool since the Clones can't go. I, for one, am pulling for the Hawks to win the B1G. Hope you get it done.

ya that was an obvious foul ... normally its MichST getting away with it...IZZO had a look like WTF...we are suppose to be doing that.
So mike plays 4 minutes in the first half and JU is 5 for 18.....and we win by 17....hell of a win.
By the way where did Uhl go the second half? He had a hell of a first half. I hardly remember him on the floor in the second half.

There is a part of me that loves you for finding this, but the part of me that had those NCAA Tourney tickets in hand is so mad at you for making me relive the frustration that I had as they team faded. The game at PSU is the one that started my downfall that season... ugh!
I vividly remember them relaxing off Uthoff 3 feet past NBA range and the kid just says, ok I'll shoot it then. Swishes it right in front of Izzo.

I'm looking back at my own comment about it being Frans best offensive team.
Sure doesn't seem that way now but the first half of that season Jok and Uthoff were both really good.
