That's some impressive company. All the more impressive considering what we lost. We'll see what it's like at the end of the season.

I think Fran is worth every penny in every facet except for the one that matters most, the NCAA tournament. That being said that’s been a problem for most coaches at Iowa over the past 30 years.

I'll admit...Iowa got a tough draw last year with Oregon...they should have been a much higher seed...but Fran's been here 12 years...and not one second week in the NCAA or any noise in the B10 tourney. Couple that with no Big Ten Championships...and you have to wonder what the goal is with Fran.

Is having a great offensive team and landing in the middle of the Big Ten pack...keep him. I guess it does.

That being said...if Iowa makes the tourney...and gets a favorable draw...this team if it's shooting well has a shot at the second weekend. It's possible.

Iowa's playing good basketball right now and have a golden opportunity over the next 3 games to improve that seed line. Hopefully they take advantage

Defensive efficiency will continue to plague us. Currently at 111, that is not going to get it done in the tourney, ever.
