And the win over a 2-0 Wake Forest game.. BC is averaging like 550 yards a game through 3 games .. wow.. AND THEY CAN PASS THE BALL TOO!
Looks like a tough D for Purdue to defend. Methinks the Boilermakers could open the season at 0-4 ... ouch! And the win over a 2-0 Wake Forest game.. BC is averaging like 550 yards a game through 3 games .. wow.. AND THEY CAN PASS THE BALL TOO!

Huh?Im not sure Purdue can ever win the west. They would need Ohio St., Penn St., Michigan St. and Michigan to all go 2-2 while they go 2-2 against that crew. Then the rest is a toss up.
I see Maryland finishing ahead of them now.

I think you hit in right on the head .. I think Brohm might be in for a long season at PUDue.. They were my dark horse for winning the west however they just can’t seem to get the ship righted

You have to be able to play defense. I think that folks looked at PU's defensive turnaround last year and attributed it too much ONLY to the coaching. They didn't account for the fact that Purdue had a lot of talented guys on D who were tired of losing ... but who finally were receiving some good coaching.Didn't Herbie pick Purdue as his B1G darkhorse? lol
