We'd still be diggin' out! If the temp was 20 degrees cooler, we would be in a world of hurt. 3+" of rain in the middle of December.....

If the temps were in the 20s/30s, wouldn't the air be able to hold less moisture? So we wouldn't end up with 40" of snow in that case.
