This feels like a tactic to distract from the fact that Bill raped and assaulted women, Hillary then shamefully bullied and harassed his victims (just like Tom Osborn did to NE FB player victims in the 90s), and the democrat party and its supporters turned a blind eye to these crimes and disgusting behavior.

If it was a big deal, why didnt the complaintant piss and moan 7 years ago when Franken was running for Congress initially? Does her career need a boost suddenly?
Franken acted the part of a jerk. He has fessed and apologized. He never used his "position" and threaten as the good judge did. The gal was of age, too....which in some places makes a huge difference.

Ok, great. Now why aren't GOPers holding the current batch of Republicans to the same standard as this? Just why aren't the rest of Republicans that feel this way (and I'm pretty sure 99% of them will say something nearly identical to what you did) concerned about the Republicans in office, or running for office, that are at least as guilty as Clinton is? They have an opportunity to actually do something about the current situation but instead they'd rather just look at the events of 30 years ago as if they have any relevance on what is happening today. People don't get to rip Clinton for his behavior and then completely ignore what is going on right now.
