I wonder if they do a “first to commit gets the scholarship and NIL” now with Toolson and Overton.

love the way the roster is filling out but still think we need a little more beef in the middle
I like this pick up....It's nice to see the consistent 3 pt % over his 3 years...
In 33 games played last season, Brendan averaged 27.6 minutes, 10.9 pts, .80 assists, 2.5 rebs and .60 steals.
He shot 39% overall, 39% from three and 82% from the FT line.
Smart guy. Playing next to Stirtz I think he will light it up. I think Pryce will regret not staying.
Sean is a 24/7 beat writer for Iowa. He obviously caught some K State games last season.

This makes me wonder if he was always the priority. Huff didn't even come in for a visit. And he's under 6 feet unlike all of the other guards on the roster that McCollum has brought in.
If I had to guess, I'd say McCollum coached against this guy, so he scouted him knew what he was getting. So IMO - he was always the priority add at shooting guard.
What I like is tall guards! Currently, the game is built on the pick and roll! And big guards mitigate some of the problems Iowa had last year with Thelwell and Harding!
Welcome Brandon!!! Just add Alvaro, Duke, and Nyk, and we will be ready to do some damage next year. I forgot Toolson for added shooting depth.
