Just saw an ad for this movie while watching Wisky/Bama. I don't watch a lot of movies in theaters, but this one just made my to-do list.

I saw the ad too. Spielberg and Hanks in a historical drama, yep I'm going.

The actual bridge is called the Gleinicke Bridge (Gleinicker Brücke) and spans a waterway separating East Berlin and Potsdam. A visit to the bridge is included in any bus tour of Potsdam ... a tour I took a few years back.

Needless to say, I am looking forward to watching this film.
