Britney Spears was apparently backhanded by Victor Wembanyama’s security when she approached him.

He says she grabbed him. She says she tapped his shoulder. At least we’ll recognize his arm when he posts his Pints concrete picture.

I’d normally side with the future NBA star over the pop star who was hot 20 years ago, but Britney said the magic words…

I don’t even want to see the surveillance video because I don’t want to ruin the image in my mind of Britney standing there, hair tousled and one titty flopped out the side of her dress, screaming “This is fvcking America!”

She would have to jump to tap his shoulder. Is she not crazy anymore? I haven't heard anything about her in a a long time.

Any publicity is good publicity to Spears. She looks desperate, however.

nobody should do that to america’s sweetheart. perfect issue to underpin a presidential campaign. would work for either side though framing would be different.

I feel sorry for Wemby. He’s been in the U.S. for like two weeks, is 19 years old, and is in this mess. It wasn’t his security, it was the Spurs. He really had nothing to do with this.
And he doesn't have a clue who she is. In terms of relevance to his world, she might as well be Betty Grable.

The security guy didn't even (need to) look back - just brushed off whatever skeezer fangirl was coming up on his man.

Britney is still really hot, but she's soooo looney. They shouldn't have ended her conservancy. Modified it, maybe, so her dad couldn't continue taking advantage of her and her money, but she needs someone to be legally responsible for her.

So hot still.

I’m surprised their respective PR people didn’t immediately bring them together for a photo op.
Silly encounter.

Not sure you can find a better example of crazy eyes than that video. Charles Manson level the way she is looking at that camera.

His ability to block threes while barely leaving his feet is going to be a nightmare for the Association.

If he can shoot FTs at a rate high enough to force teams NOT to just foul him, he could be a nightmare.

FTR, I'm not talking in the next year or two. I'm talking 3-4 years down the road, assuming he's healthy. That's my biggest concern, can he put on enough weight to not get broken playing inside. Guys like Stephen Adams are strong enough to beat him up and push him around, can he take it and stay healthy.

Skill wise, at his size, he's a complete freak we've never seen. He's Yao with wing skills.

I didn’t think his first game meant a whole lot, outside of he got a reality check on how good everyone else was.

If he can avoid injury, it’s going to be fun to watch. He’s like Durant but seven inches taller.

He got 27pts, 12 rebs, and 3 blocks in 27 minutes last night, and of course ESPN blew it out of proportion in the other direction with their website's headline: "Wembanyama shows why he earned generational hype".

Maybe people should cool it in both directions and let the kid actually play in a few games, or maybe a couple of seasons, before declaring him either the worst ever, or the best ever.

That’s what they do. They’ll ignore the fact that Jokic, Giannis, and Embiid took years to develop into the players they are.
