Thanks, Ross. What a great kid. Very well-spoken, introspective, humble, and considerate. A definite credit to Iowa wrestling.
What was that about IU sitting in the Iowa locker room, trying to intimidate them? Sounds kind of bizarre to me. I think it's safe to say that tactic was unsuccessful.

Meyer mentions how Indiana came in and bounced around acting like tough guys and acted liked they own the place. He also said...."first period was terrible, that's all there is to it. Just gotta do better, will be better and that's what we're gonna work on starting tomorrow."

Iowa's title hopes could come down to how Brody does at Nationals. I hate that because I really like the kid and his attitude. Not someone I really feel good about rooting against...
I don't think Indiana could intimidate Iowa no matter the behavior. Perhaps they were making noises to draw sympathy or as a kidnap victim makes noise in hopes the FBI will show up and prevent the immanent slaughter. I watch too many crime shows. Great job out of Brody. Where do you put him in the BIG bracket. It is hard to give him a seed, but nobody wants him on their side of the bracket.
No.....actually Iowa's Title hopes come down to if 125, 133, 149, 197 make the Saturday night showdown or not and we get 2 or 3 Champs.

You're probably right. Guess I'm just thinking if it's a tight race then an AA type showing from Brody could be the difference.
Those 4 weights are the cake, 184 & 285 are the frosting. Brody & 157 are just decorations on top of the cake.

I disagree. 141 presents the largest opportunity for a swing in points. At one point we thought we might not have a qualifier. Grothus gives us a legit chance for 8+ points.
