Midlands is huge for Brooks as far as rankings and seedings is concerned. The best (by WrestleStat rankings) wrestler that he has left in duals is #11 Dudley of Nebraska. And right now, the top-ranked B1G 184 pounder is Courts at #7...and Brooks is #8. So he doesn't really have much opportunity to move up if he can't do it at Midlands. I guess other guys ranked ahead could lose a few matches....
