Bruce Pearl's Auburn team thrashing # 1 seed Tennessee

Auburn had a nice run midway through the first half, but I would hardly call this a “thrashing” down 9 at half. Tenn will win this game.

Kicking azz on Tennessee. If Michigan wins do they pass Tennessee to a # 1? I say they should...

Michigan St would have a better chance with #1 seed by beating Michigan...

Beating them 3 times and sharing the conference regular season trumps Michigan winning the B1G tournament..

One of the talking heads on this game just said who wins this game "doesn't matter. Tennessee is a #1 seed." And there you have it. Winning is overrated.

Is it a thrashing now? Under 12 minutes to play and 9-loss Auburn is up 56-34, a tiny 22-point lead. Yah, Tennessee is clearly a No. 1 seed. Please disregard any evidence that would indicate otherwise.

Off the topic but since Vitale is calling it, has there ever been a game where he hasn't mentioned Coach K and/or Calipari?

LOL. I know it's their job to hype up the teams they are covering, but Tenn is the frickin' #3 seed in their conference tourney and are getting creamed. They haven't been projected as a #1 seed in over a month. How they could come to that conclusion is laughable.

Yes, of course. I was basing my opinion on a Michigan win.

Michigan 28 - 5 Big wins @ Villanova, North Carolina. Losses x 2 to MSU, Wisky, PSU and Iowa.

MSU 27 - 6 Wins 2 vs. Michigan. Losses to Kansas, Louisville, Indiana x2, PU and Illinois.
