Pretty newsy day for the NCAA. You can read the release below.

First they are still sorting out the new transfer rules and what to do about players who come back for a second time. I'm still of the opinion that it's going to eventually be free to transfer every year, but we shall see.

The NIL news was basically echoing the comments from Mark Emmert last week which was let's get something done for hte NIL before July 1st. Target date looks to be the next Council meeting on June 22-23.

Third, the football camp stuff is what Kirk went off on at the end of spring presser. Going to be limits on how many days teams can be in pads in camp. Days to start to get into pads goes from five to seven. Number of contact days from 21 to 18. Number of fully padded down to nine for fall camp.

Last thing, we finally have live eval periods coming back for college basketball coaches in July. Three live periods. First one July 8-11, then 16-18, and wrapping up July 23-25.
