I myself am not a Christian but he sure has strange habits for a self-proclaimed Christian.
1) He worships at the feet of Rev Wright who wants God to Damn America. Yeah, that seems like a mainstream Christian belief.
2) He calls out Christians and Christianity every chance he gets when traveling abroad or speaking to home-grown Faith-based groups.
3) He praises Muslims every time they are mentioned and reminds people Islam is a religion of peace while Christianity is the religion of Slavery.
4) His name obviously is a common one associated with Christianity and the Bible.
When telling people he wants tens of thousands of refugees to come to America, he never mentions the middle-east Christians who are seeking refugee status and persecuted more than any other group. A group that actually wants to assimilate upon arrival.
When Christians are beheaded and the videos uploaded to the internet he never cries at their suffering, but when he talks about thugs who get shot by cops he usually works up some verklempt moments.
People say Trump is an embarrassment. Next to Obama he looks like Mount Rushmore incarnate.

Do Christians really need Obama to fight their battles for them? Or with them? Maybe he just likes supporting those that can most benefit from his help.
There's good amount of power and money looking out for Christians. I think you'll be ok without him.
