Harry's, Shave Club, Manly Man, and all are good, but they're expensive and the blades always seem to wear out early.

What do you guys use?

Bullshit!🤨

That's been working for me for at least a decade. Blades are about $10 per hundred. I get three shaves before swapping blades. That's 300 shaves for $10. An old Gillette will outlive me. Arko sticks are $20 a dozen. Those will last at least two years. A good badger brush is the biggest outlay at $50+, but those will last years too if you rinse it out and let it dry between uses. Where's the bullshit in that?

I use the Gillette pro glide razor and edge shaving cream. I shave in the shower.... wash my face, apply shaving cream and leave it on while I wash the rest of my body and then shave.

If you have that much time on your hands. Good for you.

About once a week I spread mineral oil over my face and light it on fire with my own proprietary lighter. I've used it every week since 2003 and have never had to refill the fuel. Bic tried to buy my patent but I plan to sell the product myself and put them out of business.

Have you used feather or nacett blades?

Old school Barber for the best. Covid took care of that. Enjoy your retirement Richard.

Old school double edge razor, Astra SP blades from Amazon, a good brush and an Arko shaving stick (also from Amazon).

Im with @Ollie4ISU , double edge safety razors, change em out every so often comes in WAY cheaper that the BS 4 blades fancy razor. I prefer Parker blades.

Or just go no shave, its easier and u can hang bells for Christmas.

Battery powered shaver in the the shower is something that anyone that has encountered is missing out on. Probably the one invention that I would only take to indoor plumbing;)

I use a generic twin-blade from whatever store I'm in when I remember that I need to buy a new pack. Doesn't matter if it is Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, grocery store - they're all the same. They're cheap, they last a bit, when they get dull I toss themj.

Instead of shaving cream, I use my wife's hair conditioner (it's in a purple bottle, I have no idea what the name is). It works well - provides as comfortable a shave as any shaving cream I've found. It also does not seem to be as hard on blades - they last awhile longer using it than they do when I use shaving cream. That might be in my head, but I don't think so as it's seemed that way every time I've shifted & used cream over the last 10+ years.

Bar of soap. Going on 30 yrs for me.

Why am I not surprised you have had the same bar of soap for 30 years?

Just kidding...that’s not a personal attack. Because, honestly, I have no clue who the hell you are. Get an avatar.

Dollar Shave Club is like $8 for 4 replacement blades. I would hardly consider that "expensive".

I shave my head every day and use Harry's razors. I use one blade per week and it costs me about $21 every two months. That is DAMN cheap and the blades are better than major brands like Gillette or Schick.
