Sitting in my easy chair in Minnesota watching football I can tell you Governor Walz signed a bill into law that allows anyone living in Minnesota to obtain a standard Mn drivers license or ID without regard to immigration status. There is no test for a legal ID nor is there a "driving test".

Chapter 13 House file 4 says," no longer requiring proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the United State."

Who pays for these licenses and how do they get administered to the estimated 81,000 non documented in the state of Mn? You are regurgitating talking points that the Mn DOT nor official government agencies here in Mn agree with. Those non english speaking are taken to get a drivers license paid for by the groups that are taking them. Since they need an interpretor it is actually easy to pass the standard test and get their eyes checked. No need to lie BGHAWK.

No problem, I only pointed out Walz did not provide them, but as you posted, allowed. The OP made it sound like Minnesota paid for them, that's what provides means. Big difference.
