It isn’t possible on the app to cancel. On the website it doesn’t seem to be working as there is no cancel button on the account page. And the chat is beyond worthless. Any ideas? I’d like to cancel until fall.

That doesn’t work. When I sign in and go to my account it doesn’t list anything. I have a subscription but it doesn’t list it.

I did mine through the Playstore manage subscriptions or something like that. I had a tough time too I recall. Been a few years though.

Weird, @Chishawk1425 mentioned Playstore if you have Android. I've never looked there before until now.
It has some of my active subscriptions listed. Open play store, click your initial in upper right corner. You will see payment and subscriptions.
 
When I go to the account page on the site, there’s a button that says submit that I can’t click. That is all there is.
 
I had another company that was making it exceedingly difficult to cancel. Their website said "You need to talk to a representative to cancel your subscription". So I called the number where they proceeded to put me on hold for no fewer than 25 minutes. When I finally got a hold of someone he told me that he couldn't cancel it because it was a weekend. That's when I lost my patience, told him I would not be paying for this service any longer and they had been notified. Then I called my credit card company and told them to stop giving that company my money. I don't have the time to get dicked around like that.

Are you trying to do this all on mobile? Some sites are pretty trash on mobile and work better if using a browser on a computer.

Also try considering using a different browser.

The “My Account“ tab for me shows absolutely no information. None at all

Might be a dumb question, are you sure you didn't cancel it already? Some of the cancels are so confusing things like that can happen. When did they last bill you? Even if canceled you would have access until the subscription ended.
Not trying to insult your intelligence, these bastards all have a room they sit in all day figuring out how to make it next to impossible to cancel. 🤣
 
Thankx, OP, for reminder! And…also a note to those trying to cancel that if you are trying to do so on an iPad with the safari browser, it didn’t work for me (failure on login pop-up) so I had to switch to browser on iPhone or computer or switch to chrome browser on iPad.

This was the issue. On the account page there is a box that needs checked to proceed to the subscriptions page. Agreeing to the terms and conditions. That box did not show up in iOS. I did it on my work pc this morning and it did show up. That was the entire issue.
