It isn’t possible on the app to cancel. On the website it doesn’t seem to be working as there is no cancel button on the account page. And the chat is beyond worthless. Any ideas? I’d like to cancel until fall.

I did mine through the Playstore manage subscriptions or something like that. I had a tough time too I recall. Been a few years though.That doesn’t work. When I sign in and go to my account it doesn’t list anything. I have a subscription but it doesn’t list it.

It has some of my active subscriptions listed. Open play store, click your initial in upper right corner. You will see payment and subscriptions.
If you signed up through Apple, you should be able to find it under Settings > Your Username (it should be the top option) > SubscriptionsApple

The “My Account“ tab for me shows absolutely no information. None at allI just signed into the website and there was an unsubscribe button under subscriptions. Took about 10 seconds.
Are you trying to do this all on mobile? Some sites are pretty trash on mobile and work better if using a browser on a computer.
Also try considering using a different browser.
Might be a dumb question, are you sure you didn't cancel it already? Some of the cancels are so confusing things like that can happen. When did they last bill you? This was the issue. On the account page there is a box that needs checked to proceed to the subscriptions page. Agreeing to the terms and conditions. That box did not show up in iOS. I did it on my work pc this morning and it did show up. That was the entire issue.Do it on a computer, not phone. Had that problem last year
