I enjoyed Kingsbury when he played. But he has kind of strange stats. IN 3 years he averaged less than 2 2-point attempts a game. However, he took between 5 and 7 three pointers a game!!! Averaged 35% overall on threes and 2nd year was almost 40%.

Kingsbury vs UConn in Alaska is one of my first Hawkeye basketball memories. He doesn't get the proper credit for being one of the pioneers of the 3 ball in the college landscape.

That game is on YouTube. Chris and other players like Settles were built strong. Dr. Tom had his players in the weight room and it showed. Chris legit looked like a TE/LB. Some of the shots he would take and make are unbelievable.
