Will be there! Looking forward to seeing Cass tear it up on the mat. Also looking forward to the Iowa wrestling social at the U of I Athletic Club before the event, from 4:30 to 6:00. Burgers, fries, drinks, hanging out with wrestling fans, and meeting up with some representatives from the HWC. . . What's not to like?!

Would rather see him against Steveson, Schultz, Nevils, etc. My guess he loses to them all rather handily.

Your guess sucks. Steveson is obviously a hammer so no shame or argument there.

However, Cassioppi wrestled Schultz in Greco last spring--Schultz's "specialty"--and Cass "lost" by an 8-8 score.

Opinions bud. Who said Greco is Schultz's specialty? Because he won a world title in it? I'm under the opinion he's a fine freestyle and folkstyle wrestler as well.

Yes I would say that would lend creedence to the point that greco is his specialty.

An opinion can actually be wrong. What has changed for Cass and Schultz over the past few months that would lead to a tie match suddenly becoming an easy win?

Correct. Your opinion is wrong.

A match in greco doesn't necessarily translate to folkstyle results.

I will never understand what possesses people to go on a board and rip on kids and other posters.

And then on top of it, try and to play it off as some high and mighty know it all. On someone else's fan board none the less.

Whatever gets your rocks off son.

It was obviously a dominating 8-8 score for Shultz.

Where was I ripping on anyone? I was stating my opinion. Don't get butt-hurt when someone thinks your wrestler/recruit isn't the best in the nation. Although, I wouldn't expect much less.

Getting my rocks off? Ok.

Your whole intent is to troll, there is no evidence that he would be handled easily by Schultz and Nevills or at least any that you presented. That's your opinion, not based off of results. Show me some type of evidence to back up your opinion. Otherwise, you're just a troll trying to stir the pot.

Yes, internet tough guy trolling the webz. Come on, what kind of response did you expect to get going to another teams fan board saying their recruit would get "owned" by any decently ranked opponent?

Don't play naive.

Both of these guys are very good at all theee styles. I see Cass having a Bobby Telford type career minus the injury year at nationals. I would be shocked if Schultz wrestles folkstyle in college. Also, Schultz is smaller now. I’m sure he’ll grow into a full heavy but he’s not right now.
