I use the topical cream and if you get the strong stuff it’s pretty effective, assuming you’re taking about muscle and joint pain. I don’t do anything with THC in it.Anyone take CBD for chronic pain? Is it effective?

Should have said that. Primary pain is OA in my knees. But also, I try to work out 3 days a week which leaves me with general soreness and back painI use the topical cream and if you get the strong stuff it’s pretty effective, assuming you’re taking about muscle and joint pain. I have tried Charlotte’s Web gummies with turmeric and that’s pretty good too.
I ****ed up my lower back pretty bad last Feb. At the worst point, I couldn't sit upright. I was basically stuck in bed for 3 days, and would only get up to painfully hobble to the bathroom. Tylenol, advil, prescription anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxers that the Dr gave me did nothing. The wife no pics went and got some Delta 9 gummies that had specific pain relief and inflammation terpenes in them. They didn't completely heal me, but I was able to sit up, and move around a bit more without as much pain as before within about an hour. It was crazy how well it worked. But sadly, due to the law that went into effect in July, those gummies are no longer available here/csbI've thrown my back out a few times before and it usually lays me up for few days. Last time I did it, put some weed cream on it and felt back to normal within a few hours. Not sure if that was the reason but hey I'll go with it
