First, it is so small and childish of Trump to sue, saying CBS affected the election or interfered, when he won. And especially when he lies all the time. If Trump is going to say that CBS lied or manipulated the facts well then the CBS team will have a million examples of trump doing the same thing. They should countersue trump which is the action trump always used to cheat all kinds of companies that did work for him

Kind of like suing Trump in NY when no one was affected, banks were paid back, and everybody came out ahead.

I think the problem is that one party clearly has the mainstream media in their back pocket propagating lies and misinformation and the Dems are trying to equate that with whataboutisms of...but Trump lies too. If it was just about Harris lying (which she always did), then he would not be sueing. How can someone not see the difference?
