ANKENY, Iowa —Perfection is possible, especially for Ankeny senior Matthew Brucker, who scored perfect scores on the ACT and SAT.
Fewer than 1 percent of test takers score a perfect score on either test.
Brucker said he didn't do anything special to prepare.
“When it comes down to it, it’s mostly just having that really good solid foundation of all the things that it’s testing on,” Brucker said. “It’s really, when it comes down to it, being good at standardized testing and multiple choice tests, and I guess I just happen to be good at it.”
He hasn't picked a college yet, but he plans to study computer engineering.
Brucker said he never expected perfect scores and that he's just another student.
