This is what happens when you don't or can't recruit over guys. Starters are gifted spots and don't get pressed by anyone in practice. They become great practice players (allegedly per Fran) because of the lack of athleticism. Moss has done nothing to earn a starting job but no other options. Connor is at best an 8-9 limited minute guy. Cook has checked out.

Good thing we have more white mid-major guys coming in next year. I hate saying this but I wish Bohannon had not saved Fran's butt with his late game heroics because losing those games might have put serious pressure on Barta to do something. I thought this staff learned some lessons last year. Clearly Fran knows there are 0 expectations at Iowa.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do at this point. When Fran’s teams tank it’s just literally over. It’s like a light switch being turned off and there’s no turning it back on.

My expectation is the season is over and they lose every game they play from here (already expected that after Rutgers).

They will end up 21-10 which is exactly what I predicted many weeks ago in the poll Fran put up. At one point it looked like I was going to be 2-3 games off. Amazing how it always comes back to the median.
